got off to a slow start with on of the 2 loaders was injured before starting and had to wait 1.5 hours for another to show up, but after that it was excellent

My movers were awesome and had a very positive attitude eventhough it was storming on the day of my move. They kept on going with enthusiasm. Made my moving day less of a burden and were very helpful with suggestions on how to get done faster.

I was relocating my antique booth from one flea market to another flea market up the road and needed help moving the heavy display pieces. They were available on the day I needed. Great experience with the guys, they were careful with my property. They thought it would take longer than the quoted time, but were done under it.

I am not as happy with my moving experience as I expected. First, the move took 3 hours longer than quoted. Mostly, I am okay with them taking more time because that would mean that they are taking care of my stuff and moving deliberately. That was not the case. They wrapped some of my furniture, but did not wrap all of it. My headboard, under-bed drawers, and entertainment center were scratched/scuffed up. My fragile boxes (labeled clearly) were put at the bottom of the dolly and heavier boxes were stacked on top - so far, two glasses are broken. Lastly, one of my lamps was broken - the bulb shades were cracked and destroyed. For the time that it took to move, I would have expected greater level of care/all wood furniture to be wrapped. I am still unpacking and expect I may discover more.
