We were very pleased that the truck showed up at the expected time, assessed the job and got to work. They were energetic and worked well together as a team. They did not waste time or goof off, but were professional in the way they handled our items and in their interactions with us. They kept us well informed in transition. We were overall very pleased with the entire experience.

Ian and Cody hustled the entire time. They were great! I have used other movers that walk around like sloths. I cannot day enough good things about both of these guys and their great attitude.

Experience was good overall. The only draw back was they arrived 30 minutes outside of the agreed upon time window of 2pm to 4pm. Arrival time was roughly 4:30 pm.

Steven and Jacob were excellent in doing everything I wanted them to do. Steven was especially careful. Jacob could be a little more patient and careful with moving things. He doesn’t need to prove how strong he is.

The process of signing up for the move and dealing with the Office Staff was fantastic. The movers were very nice. They didn't appear to waste too much time and they arrived within the scheduled window. However, they did damage a few pieces of furniture. The first was a large piece of glass for my coffee table. They filled out a damage report and took the table to have a new glass piece fitted for it. The second was damage to my wooden bar that I did notice until they left. There was a large chip on the front of the bar and the wheels were used to help transport the bar across the parking lot and up the stairs. The Office Staff was able to send out a person to repair the bar within a few days of the move. As of 5/3/2018, I have not received the table with the replaced glass.
