I looked forward to using TMAAT for this move, since I was happy with previous experiences. The move itself was performed well but was tainted by a theft of about $300 in cash from my wallet, which I left out in my purse in my kitchen (so my own fault, I guess). I thought I could trust the people sent to my home, but apparently this is not the case.
Lesson learned.

Wish I had more room to say how well Stephen and Justin cared for my mom-in-law’s belongings. Stephen is a great front man and they both are very hard workers that take pride in what they do. We were all so impressed with how smoothly the move went, but when I started unpacking (wasn’t there for pack day), I was completely floored. The logical and careful packing…just amazing!! So well done!!!

The movers were fine although they did break a foot to my couch that they said would get replacement from Amazon that I have not seen yet. However, Two Men and a Truck wasted my time and money by not ensuring they had what they needed to move me the day I requested. I ended up having to take more time off and spending more money on a second mover to finish the job. There was not even an apology.

Overall great experience. Team (Jon, Christian, and Jake) were both professional and personable. Always took proper care of my stuff as if it were their own. The move was finished 1.5 hours under quoted time. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

The guys were a little late getting here, but after that were fabulous. They listened to me, and were careful with everything, but really efficient. It all took an hour less than anticipated, so I was thrilled.
