The office staff was very helpful when I called to ask about how this works and get an estimate. The team arrived on time and took very good care of our belongings. David and Juan were our movers. They were very polite and helpful.

The moving crew was great, they are not the reason for my poor review. I was shocked when I received the final bill and was charged an additional $200 for transport costs. In other words, you're also billed for the cost of travel to your home and back to the office after the move. This is legal in Illinois, but you must inform the customer up front, which they did not. BEWARE!!!

I'm very pleased with how careful your company prepares my items for moving. They take the time to listen to any concerns I may have. They made sure my items were placed where I wanted them in my ne home. Also were careful unwrapping them. This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck and look forward to using their services in the future.

Moving team was excellent. 1st office person I talked to was Paul to get quote and information was excellent, 2nd person I had co tact with was Angelica to set up the move and it was awful.
She ruined a birthday surprise for my husband by sending him the email confirmation of the scheduled move WITHOUT VERIFYING MY EMAIL FIRST. Then she wanted to blame it on me and then tried to blame it on Paul.
