Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience- from the initial call, to meeting with the office staff for quotes, to the actual moving days. Every part of the process was excellent, the team communicated with me, and was so helpful and supportive. We’ve had terrible experiences in the past with other companies and are so glad we used 2 Men. Highly recommend - these folks are so professional!!

Only issue was the lack of mattress protector. I spoke with dispatcher, 3x and each time she stated that $6 mattress protector would be included. But, it was not provided during move. Only compensation - $6 taken off bill. To treat bed bugs, cure a stain, or handle a possible rip would have been more than $6 effort. Better communication within agency is needed. Otherwise, good move.

All three movers were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly! They had great communication with each other and with us! They also had a great sense of humor that helped relieve the stress of moving. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
