They charged me for 3 men but only 2 of them was working and also i was waiting for them to finish loading everything out of the old unit and come to find out they left without telling me they were headed to the new unit while still having some of my items in the old unit. I emailed and called to speak to a supervisor and still haven’t received a call.

Moving is awful. Especially after 32 years. Especially after I caught the flu the day before the truck came. The team made the rest of the process amazingly easy. If I ever have to do this again, I’m having y’all move me. Thanks for everything.

We recently had a piano moved by a fantastic team: Deondre, Elroy, Jalin, Drake, and Robert. We can't say enough good things about them. It was a tough move for a grand piano up stairways. They were cheerful, skilled, strong, and worked so well together. We can give them our highest recommendation and would used them again with the greatest confidence. Thank you, Team!!

From the moment I reached Sam, at the front office, everything went perfectly! I always got a human being to talk to, they were clear focused incredible customer service, so friendly and helpful. I knew my furniture was safe for the move. And the two individuals that did the move were so polite, were so quick to get everything set up and also to take the old pieces away. I couldn’t be happier!

Working with the movers was great. I was a bit frustrated because I was originally scheduled for 8am but was called back to say that was a double booking issue and had to be moved to 12pm. Mistakes happen and it worked out ok in the end.
