Ryan, Tristan and Gavin were the team that performed our move from the Twin Cities to Mankato. They were awesome and they did an excellent job. This is the 4th time using this company and never had an issue until today. The guys worked hard, but not having the right tooling delayed dismantling items by an hour before I went to the store to provide them with Allen keys.
Then there was a bed that the screws were stripped but it was their company that put it together a year before.
I don’t think I should have been charged for these 2 hours
