Guys were pleasant, office staff was very good. Got charged for travel time, when the GPS took them to the wrong location. That is not right. Every other service provider has found our new home community without issue or failure. At $190/hour, that was an expensive mistake on my dime. It would have been nice if the office staff recognized the mistake, but what the heck, it’s only money.

When we reached out to do a post follow up call and email the next day to see how the move went, we were not able to reach you. Once I saw that there was an issue, I immediately reviewed the situation and processed a refund for the accidental overcharge. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know. Other than that, I'm glad everything else on your move went well.

We had a sudden small move arise for my elderly parents. This company was able to book us for the next day. The movers were punctual, friendly, fast, and accurate. Everything was handled just as requested.

Overall, the move team and support staff were great. We had the expected few nicks and dings, but nothing significant. The office support team were deeply involved to ensure everything was going on track. The move team was very professional, worked well together, and shaved several man hours off the estimate.
