The moving team absolutely went above & beyond! I had to be out of my house on that day, & I had just come down with a severe cold, so things weren't as ready as I was intending for them to be. The team totally understood & got right to work. They worked through the rain. They were unfailingly kind. The only issue I had with the office staff was they didn't add my request to have things packed.

We moved all the boxes save a few prior to moving day. Should have been plenty of room with appropriate planning to fit one load and a short day. Instead truck was loaded poorly. Moving team was very inexperienced causing significant delays. Made a second trip which added on several hours and significant cost to our moving day.

Overall I was happy with the move. All three of the moving team were careful and polite. The one thing that would have made the move a little smoother was if they took my suggestions on how to pack the truck. The new space was smaller than the old place. And packing the truck with the items that would block their path to the furthest rooms should be placed on the truck first.they didn’t do that.

These guys made the hassle of moving painless. They were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. They handled the contents of a large house, outdoor furniture, and a two story studio. They had all that to the new house, set it all up, and left with a smile - and they did it in one day. I can't recommend them enough!
