Moving team was great (Trey, Lorenzo, and K?). There were a couple items damaged, but that was expected with any move and it was only Ikea furniture. There was a slight mix-up with the addresses, but a discount was given to correct it. Operation was smooth and quick. One recommendation would be to have the movers verify my ID prior to starting the move. And letting me know movers names prior.

Upon unloading boxes we discovered several broken glass items and my caregiver is reorganizing my storage unit because it was packed proorly and several boxes and pictures were left in my old storage unit so I have to find someotone to drive there and load them in a pick-up truck and pay them. I'm in a wheelchair so I rely heavily on the assistance of others and this was wasting my money.

This mover went above and beyond in helping me make an informed and conscientious decision with my move and disposal of household items which I did not need. The owner was my first contact and turned me over to Griffin, who handled the logistics. Paul and his team, Malcolm and Winston were the muscle, arriving on time and very professional.
