Everything was great and the guys worked hard to get things done. We had a couch in a very awkward basement set up. I don’t know how they got it down there the first time let alone getting it out this time. But they did it and I am happy with everything that they did for us again. We would always highly recommend the team from Midland.

Low balled the estimate. Described in detail what had to be moved. Crew was unable to move most important items. They did move smaller items. When they arrived at destination was told I would have to pay almost double the estimate before they would remove smaller items from truck.

Chuck, we apologize for any inconvenienced you experienced with your recent move. As we understand it, you were not present with the movers when the issues arose, so we want to clarify what took place. We were told there were a few large cabinets to move, among other items. You did provide rough measurements and did mention they were glass. The move was also scheduled with a late in the day time restriction due to your needs. When we arrived, we learned that the time restriction was even tighter and were told we only had x amount of time to load and had to be unloaded at the new location by a certain time as well. Due to the size and assumed fragility of the large cabinets and the tight time restrictions, we did provide a revised estimate to your representative onsite to ensure all could be done to meet all needs without increasing the risk of damage to the large glass cabinets. This was refused. We were told to unload what we had and you all would figure it out another way. When we reminded your representative that money would be owed for time spent thus far regardless so we could gladly take what we had loaded already to the new location, we were instructed to continue loading smaller items. This is what we did and what was charged for. The following day, you called to say that you had another company come and move the large cabinets (assumingly, without the tight time restriction we were held to) and you felt a discount was in line as you could have moved the smaller items yourself. Despite you paying for the time spent moving the smaller items, we did refund you so you did not pay more than your original estimate. Again, we are sorry that we were unable to move the cabinets as planned. To prevent similar issues in the future, we have instructed our sales team to request photos of large items in the future when there is a time restriction that requires us to come late in the day.
