If only zero were a choice.Movers damaged nearly every piece of furniture, walls, doors, and carpet. They used a metal hand truck instead of body straps. Told them to lay covering over my rugs that was not done. Estimate to move a 2 bd home & a 10x30 storage unit, $1320 for 5-1/2 hours that turned into 10 hrs & $2160. The local mgr did nothing but deflect all responsibility & offer fake apologies.
