Scheduled packing services were not completed, and the movers left without communicating with the office. The person who arranged the service was also repeatedly ignored when attempting to contact them.

your three men lifted a large grand piano and carried it 20 feet to another location. There were no stairs to worry about. I watched them strain their bodies with all their strength to get the job done.

I've used your company at least three other times with no issues. This time however was different. First, I want to say the three guys was definitely respectful and professional. The problem occurred when they moved a portal fireplace without removing the element from the frame of the stand. We discovered a tv screen cracked a few days later.
