We had a great experience all around. The office team was great in setting expectations and the move team was super. Everyone was patient and understanding with us, as we were helping our daughter with a contentious separation move that didn't allow for much preparation. The move team was personable, professional, adaptable and accommodating, which reduced our stress and made it all work!

Now I typically never do reviews, however I will say that the service and the team Two Men and A Truck sent to move my apartment was exceptional. They wrapped every piece of furniture, as well as set it all back up in the new place.
They honestly restored my faith with moving companies. I 1000% will use their services again on my next move, AND recommend them to any and every I know.

I am not sure I agree with paying the hourly rate for the travel time from their warehouse to my house. Houston is a big city and if it takes an hour to drive to my house I am paying the huorly rate. If they get stuck in traffic or they is a wreck on the freeway, I could be paying up to $500 for them sitting in the truck which is no fault of mine or theirs. I suggest a different rate for travel.

The movers failed to get all of our belongings on two trucks due to poor stacking. We are still waiting on the rest of our belongings to be loaded and delivered. My Weber Genesis grill was taken apart and now the screws and bolts are lost. The movers also told us that they planned to pack and load in one day. They then came up short and at 10pm had to leave. This left us with nothing to sleep on.

Dante, Damonte, and Thomas were our moving team. They were incredible!!! On time, kind, carefully and quickly moved all of our belongings. We couldn’t have been happier with our entire experience with Two Men & a Truck. Very professional experience all around. Shout out to Becca for the initial set up as well.
