Team worked effectively and efficiently. Big (might be new, not sure) was a little clumsy bumping into handrails and hasn't figured out some of the heavier stuff where I had to step in to help (no big deal). Smaller guy was great, can tell he was experienced and very professional. We will use again in future moves

My moving team was on time. Very careful with my furniture and very efficient and got the job done quickly. We definitely use this company again for any future move.

The lack of care and attention paid to the equipment and placement of items was already discussed with your office team. None of the instructions were followed, items were tossed in piles with heavey metal items placed on top of smaller items and equipment. Was not contacted prior to the team setting out to start the job but was called when they were there.

The move went very smoothly. All staff communicated clearly ahead of time, the estimate was accurate, and the guys on the day of the move were pleasant and worked quickly and efficiently. Was a great crew!

Worst experience! One of the guys had attitude since he got there. Said he didn’t need to wrap things because he had experience. My couch and bed are all scratched up. You can also see scratches outside of the apartment from them. I cannot believe I paid $450 for my items to be damaged. Will not recommend to anyone.

Rafael D and Ramon Sr did an outstanding job with our move. They were courteous and efficient. Nothing was damaged. It was the complete opposite from our last moving experience with another company, which was a huge relief for us. The time it took was right in the estimated range, and the price was reasonable.
