Everything went according to plan. I was called as the crew was heading to meet me. Michael, Brandon, and Ethan were great! Friendly, speedy, safe, and a sense of humor! My moving team was awesome! I had a couple of big pieces and it was very impressive how they were able to safely get those pieces out of my old house and into the new while navigating stairs. They fit everything possible into the truck and got done a little earlier than the quoted time.

The moving team was unprofessional complaining about their pay and wanting to quit their job, poor attitudes, careless, unorganized, and slow. They damaged several of our items as well as the hardwood floors in our new home and then proceeded to blame us for not having carpet instead of wood flooring to be able to slide things on. They had to be told over and over what items to go and what to stay
