Hi, I got charged for 3 hours instead of 2 hours of work. They said they charge from driving to gurnee to highland park. It would have been nice to not be surprised at paying and known this ahead of time so I can budget better. The movers were great though just was surprised i had to pay additional $220. Would appreciate some reimbursement on that end if possible.

Sarah in the office was incredibly thorough and friendly while helping us plan the move of two large, unwieldy mattresses. Her attention to detail put me at ease and helped everything go perfectly. Paul and his crew were swift, friendly and very professional. They were careful but also very efficient and went above and beyond to make sure the move went well.

Austin and Trey were amazing! I know hauling big furniture to the 3rd floor is no joke but they were so quick and efficient that I had no complaints! Would recommend them every time, so much so my mom wants to have them both to help her move as well!

We had the absolute best movers, Antonio, Rashawn and George! I have never been treated so well by anyone doing any type of service before. These men were the most polite, professional and worked so hard and at an incredible pace. They were so gentle with our furniture, they placed everything so delicately, placed everything in the exact spots. They were so kind to us, I couldn’t be more grateful!
