As a first time buyer, I have been facing the unknown. And I'm to tell you that Mr. Jesse, Mr. Franklin, and Mr. Story were awesome! Was given good information by office personnel, a fair quote and generous amt of time to reply. Movers were very prompt, actually a little early. Packed and moved the items professionally and promptly. The storage unit was very narrow so they had to wheel the items a little further but with no complaints. They completed the job sooner than estimated so I had to pay less, a very pleasant surprise!
