Started out careful, but the crew completely stopped caring toward the end. They threw a mini fridge on top of 5 TVs, ruining 2, then put my daughter’s vanity on top and damaged it. Several items were poorly wrapped and dented. They even told us they weren’t responsible for damage once we left. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable treatment of our belongings.

I think this was my 5th time to use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. But the last couple of times we have disagreed on the start time to the point that it's just not worth the frustration at the end when everyone's tired and there is an "issue" with the final bill.

Jonathan, we're sorry you had a less than satisfactory experience with your move and would be happy if you gave us a call or text at 713-278-1112 to talk about what went wrong. However, I do need to point out a few things. It was explained to you both over the phone and on the Pre-Move Letter that you signed on 8/31/26 @ 4:42 pm that we charge port to door, meaning your time starts when we leave our shop and ends when the move is completed. You were estimated at 2.75 to 4.75 hours of time, including the drive time to your load location, from there to your final unload which you agreed to in the above mentioned Pre-Move Letter. Your total time came in at 3.25 hours on which we gave you a 0.5 hour credit since you stated over the phone with our CSR's that you were never told that your time started when we left our shop. You were billed for a total of 2.75 hours, which is within the estimated time you agreed to. Again, I urge you to give us a call or text at 713-278-1112 so we can better address your "issue" with your final billing.
