The guys started out great but became very tired and things went downhill quickly. My Large 75” Sony tv fell and has to be replaced. The manager who reached out to me was not very helpful and I still am waiting for a replacement value. Yes, I did get the extra insurance. In the manager’s defense, I did tell him I was pretty busy and didn’t need a check cut immediately. But that was Sunday,

The four young men were on time, courteous, friendly, diligent and hardworking and showed much care moving all my furniture and boxes, Daniel M, Alex S, Tyler B, and Aiden A, did a wonderful job in a timely fashion with no issues or problems. Most professional young men doing difficult work. Thank you sincerely for a great experience.
