It was the worst experience I ever had with a moving company, they had no tools, they were an experienced and couldn’t carry things down the steps, a five hour job took 10 hours, there were multiple damaged items. They loaded the truck horribly, they didn’t wrap half of my items for protection. They were very inexperience movers. They used our materials, our tools, our boxes to wrap TVs.

However, the kitchen pack created a huge burden to unpack. We have moved 7 times in 24 years together. The amount of materials was excessive and unnecessary to pack. I could not be happier about the service I received from Chris Gamboa and Kamani. They showed up on time, even a little early. I showed them what was to be moved, and they got right to work. They were very careful. I am an older partially disabled woman and can't get around very quickly, they did not try to push me along and as a matter of fact, they were very respectful and as helpful as could be
