While the movers were fantastic when an item was broke by a mover the company would not reimburse for it because they said it was not covered! Paid for insurance and was told would not cover the item they broke. Asked to speak to a supervisor and told they were not available. Asked for a call within 24-48 hours and was told she doubted it would happen because of the weekend.

Thanks for making my daughter's move from one Indiana apartment to another so easy! Nate was exceptional at quoting & setting up the move and I appreciated that he stayed in touch throughout the process. The moving team - Daniel & Trey - were EXCEPTIONAL.
