I found John and Andre who were both involved in packing me up day before and the day of the move absolutely incredible. They were very professional but also talked to me and helped very much in relieving my stress. They really made me feel like it wasn't just a moving job but also insuring I was okay. Also Masood who did the initial consult was readily available for me to alleviate my stress too.

I was super worried about finding parking without a permit in Chicago as well as moving a very large couch into a small space. Rasheed and Aiden were able to find parking close to the front of my building and padded everything very nicely to move stuff through. They had no complaints about an extra few stairs to get to the freight elevator.

Amazing! Benjamin and Malikai are the BEST! Two Men and a Truck are the best moving service I have ever used. Efficient, reliable, communicative... all of the above! This is my third time using this company. The first two times were EXCELLENT. This last time, I requested the same team, was assured I’d get them, and had two different movers show up. These guys were super friendly and tragically slow. It took almost 90 minutes to load a couch and loveseat and drive it about 10 blocks. Really disappointed in my final cost.

After reviewing your move, we found that an additional pickup location was added on moving day, which changed the scope of the job. Unfortunately, we did not update the estimate or clearly communicate how that change, along with an unexpected delay while waiting to access the pickup location, would affect the overall timeline and final cost. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when your expectations were based on your previous experiences with us.
