The workers were good and worked hard. I did advise the office when I ordered the service we could not move into the new location during the lunch service from 11-12:30. The crew didn’t arrive until about 9 putting us at the new location at 10:50. So I had to pay an extra hour and a half to just sit waiting. I had asked that we start around 8 AM. I guess that was not relayed or not possible.

When moves are scheduled, we provide an estimated arrival window between 8:30 and 9:30 AM. While we always do our best to accommodate preferred start times, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time due to factors like crew preparation and morning dispatch.

Nate, Ray and Eddie did an amazing job! They were friendly, personable, very helpful and knowledgeable. They did a great job wrapping and protecting all of our furniture and items. They were fast and efficient moving everything into our new home and super respectful as well. Highly recommend them and the agency to anyone moving. Great experience with everyone including the people in the office
