They badly messed up the king size bed when they reassembled the frame. The frame broke and now must be fixed. They didn't set up the support base boards. Huge error likely caused by a lack of attention to detail which is foreseeable since one of them was always texting on his phone. He was on his phone every time he thought he was out of our line of sight. Terrible company and crew.

This was my second move with the team. I did a mini-move with furniture I would have had to store in order to make the house saleable. It worked, house sold 4 days and full move15 days later.

James, Alex & Derrill were fabulous. We had heavy Amish furniture plus difficult moving angles—they secured all the pieces safely. They didn’t rush to get it done - which I appreciated. They worked thru the logistics of what pieces were moving first & how to store in the truck. Excellent planners. In addition, we had 3 pickup locations before unloading at the new home. I was extremely pleased!

This was a great experience despite a hiccup on the first move in day. The service team helped me reschedule to a new time that I was comfortable with. When the new move date came the moving team were ready to go and worked efficiently and safely to get all my big furniture to my new place. Great communication and friendliness from everyone involved. Will call again.
