Hi Tiffany,
We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We understand moving can be stressful, and we regret that your day didn’t go as planned.
Our team did their best to help, including providing an extra mover at no cost and a discount on your service. Unfortunately, without your U-Haul on-site when we arrived, we weren’t able to begin loading as scheduled.
We do want to resolve any concerns about your furniture and are happy to discuss this further. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so we can work with you on a fair solution.
Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve.

The movers were great. Extremely fast and efficient. There was some minor damage to stuff, but it's a move and it happens. Still having my whole house moved halfway across the country so fast was 100% worth it.
