I can't express what a great experience we had with Two Men and a Truck. The office staff was thorough and clear with great follow up prior to the move. The moving staff was timely and efficient. They took great care of some large fragile antiques- not one thing was damaged during the move. Thank you for a great experience!

Everything went smoothly with the move. The two movers, Nas and Milton, were professional and friendly throughout. I would certainly hire Two Men again and recommend to others.
The only issue was giving my CC, over the phone, at the end of the procedure. I found out later from the company office that this issue is due to the company not keeping my CC on file.

The mix up on timing was ridiculous. We were scheduled for 2pm and I got a call to be ready at 8am. Then 10am then 11am and finally they got a team to come at the scheduled time of 2pm. Then they were 45 minutes late. On top of that I was charged for the time to drive there and back to the shop. Very unprofessional, unorganized and not dependable. At the least I should get a refund for travel time

It also states that we operate within a two-hour arrival window to allow flexibility on move day. While we understand 2 PM was the time discussed, arriving 45 minutes later was still within that window.

The movers did a really good job, moved everything with care. I would recommend sending a larger team for large moves. This move took approximately 12 hrs.

Third time using Two Men and a Truck and had another great experience. Office team was quick in getting back to me and getting me setup for moving. Moving team was fantastic: quick, professional, and friendly. I actually had the same moving team as the last time I moved. They were great and even remembered me from last time. Will absolutely go with Two Men and a Truck again in the future.
