I was told by corporate that my many issues would be resolved by the local franchise. That has not happened. In fact, that franchise has taken money that is not theirs. No refund has been issued. No one has contacted me. So far, I have worked within your system to have my issues fixed. Soon, I will make the situation public. I think the buyer should beware.

Good moving team. Didn't damage anything! They were a little late (got lost), but worked non-stop once arrived. They had to navigate one flight of stairs, as elevator was out of order, but no complaints!

Frank and Kevin were prompt, efficient and courteous. They moved several very old pieces of furniture after wrapping them in plastic and handling them with care. They finished the job in less time than we expected. Overall we were very happy with the job they did for us.
