The office staff was friendly about scheduling my moving and facilitating the movers getting to my house. However, when there was a problem with the damage item, they offered the state minimum of five dollars per pound to replace a TV that your company destroyed. I would expect more out of a business who stands by integrity and the quality of their work. This replacement offer was not adequate.
