I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish for my move. The office staff was helpful with answering any questions I had, any concerns I had & any changes I made. The only suggestion I'll make is that you should provide a list of essentials that should be packed in a clearly marked box, particularly if using your packing service. We had to struggle through the first few days unable to find silverware, dishes, towels, clothes, shaver, electric toothbrush, chargers, etc. After 2 weeks, we still haven't found some.
