The move went well enough. They sent TWICE as many men as they said they would and charged me TWICE as much as the quote. I suppose they did get it done in twice the time, BUT it was done in about 20 minutes. So they getting it done in 20 vs 40 minutes was good for them but I got charged for two extra hours that I should not have. They also charged me for blankets when I had blankets there.

Your hourly rate was based on a two-man crew, and we did not charge for any extra time or for the additional movers.
