Amazing job. Finished quickly and worked their asses off. Was quoted for 6-8 hours with 2 guys and they were done in 3 1/2 - 4 hrs. Them boys can work! 12/10 would recommend to a friend.

The lead was injured during the move and downtime did not seem to be credited as they scrambled to figure out how to help the teammate. The management team took 2 hours to respond and get someone else onsite to help.
The final total was over $400 above the revised post-injury estimate. I was credited 50 dollars on the bill - ridiculous.
Austin was great, everything else was not all that great.

We did reduce the billing rate from a 4-man crew to a 3-man rate for the remainder of the move and also provided an additional discount as a courtesy for the inconvenience. While our team worked as quickly as possible to get a replacement on-site, we understand how the delay impacted your experience and regret any frustration it caused. We appreciate you recognizing Austin's efforts and will use your comments to improve how we handle unexpected challenges in the future.

Everything was great, it was a long day and honestly I don’t know how they do it in 90 degree southern Florida weather. The moving team was great, introduced themselves on arrival, got the lay of the land and went to work. It was a 7 hour move and they asked questions at the right time about where to put stuff and otherwise just stuck to task… super efficient. Would definitely use again!
