We thought you guys were AMAZING, packers and loader/drivers. Nothing broken! Tons of art! Our only feedback would be that you be careful to explain to customers on a cross-country move that the two different franchises don't really talk to each other. What I mean is, packers were from Santa Fe, NM, and loaders/movers were from Fort Worth, TX. There was some confusion due to that.

My movers were John, Alek, and Andreas, who did the move on Friday May 14th. They were awesome and were very helpful with everything. This was my first time hiring movers and I was very happy with how everything was packaged and handled with care.

Movers did a fantastic job they were fast and knowledgeable and handled everything with care. Only reason I left such a low star rating on the office team is because before setting up the move online I tryed calling 3 different times on 3 different days and never had anyone answer the phone.

From the time I reached out to the last box being brought in- this crew was extremely professional, polite, and showed they had experience. They came out on a long weekend, 100 degree weather to a third floor apartment and didn’t once say anything that wasn’t positive. Extremely trust worthy group of guys!
