I was pleased that more people and equipment showed up than I expected. There were 5 men and 2 trucks in total. This resulted in a much quicker than expected move.
Response
Glad your move went well Ms. Maryrose. Have a great day!

My moving team were amazing and super quick. Personable and punctual. Very accommodating. I would use them again.
Teresa
The guys were very nice. Mostly they did what they promised. But a few things they didn’t. I’d have been happier if they wouldn’t have agreed rather than not doing. They took great care of the furniture and both locations. The biggest complaint is the stacks of boxes they left. Yes, some were heavy. Yes, not super sturdy. But all the bottom boxes are crushing & the stacks are leaning/falling.
Response
Hi Teresa, thank you for your feedback—we're glad to hear the team was careful with your furniture. We’re sorry to hear about the box stacking and unmet expectations. We’ll use this to help improve and ensure better follow-through in the future.
Rachel
Everything was fast and fantastic from start to finish except... When I was setting up the bedroom I found the corner of one of my nightstands was pretty smashed up. They put tape on it and left it for me to find and didn't say anything about it. It wasn't expensive, but I think the fact that they didn't say anything about it is what bothered me.

Hi, Rachel,
Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re glad to hear that most of your move went quickly and smoothly, but we’re truly sorry to hear about the damage to your nightstand and more importantly, the lack of communication. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to and we understand how frustrating that must have been to discover. We’d love the chance to make this right and learn more so we can address it properly. Please feel free to reach out to our quality control department at 918-994-5199. We appreciate your honest feedback—it helps us do better.

I’m so happy that I chose Two men & a truck for helping me with my move. From the first phone call with Mike I felt assured that I made the right choice. Constantine confirmed details prior to the day. The movers contact you prior to arrival, are friendly & work efficiently. All of my furniture items were carefully wrapped & delivered with care. I would highly recommend for your moving needs.
Dennis

Some of the brackets for the shelves in my cabinets got lost. But other than that, they did a great job!
