The sales team gave me great service, having my info on file from my previous move. The moving team was also attentive, strategized well, and gave great service! (My boyfriend used a separate moving company and the difference in customer service was stark.)

We were given an arrival time between 10:30 and 1:30 pm. At 1:25 I called the office because we hadn’t seen a truck or received a call. Then I was told they would arrive at 2. When that didn’t happen, I continued to call. When a truck did show up, it was 4:00 pm. No one apologized but offered an explanation about why it happened. I received a nominal discount of 15% for my inconvenience.

We had all the furniture from our 1st floor moved into our garage and a few weeks later brought back into the house. We had William and Paul pack it all up and move into garage and they did such a great job we requested them to come back for the move back in the house. It was the best move. It all went perfectly. If I need movers again I will reach out and hope that William and Paul can help.
