Garrett and Kevin were hospitable, respectful and professional. They took care of my belongings throughout the long distance move. I tried to make the move as easy as possible for them and for myself so that time could be saved during loading and unloading. Their patience and adjustments were truly appreciated. Moving crews were extremely efficient and fast. Took great care with all of my possessions. Move was excellent. Initial issue was that they showed up expecting to move my possessions assuming they were already boxed. When I arranged this "move", front office never mentioned that there is a difference in a move versus a "pack and move". Luckily, I had plenty of packing boxes.

Only thing I would want different is a little more pre-move contact. A text message the day before or so confirming the date and time would be great.

From the first contact with Allie and Tammy to the whole moving team we had a wonderful experience. They moved us to storage and then months later out of storage and out of state. They were on time and very hard working. We could not have made this move without all of their help!

Movers first went to the wrong address and seemed confused when I pointed it out (after also jogging after the truck to try to flag them down). Repeatedly asked what needed to be moved. After loading truck (2 hours) I sat in my car waiting for them to follow me for 10 minutes, decided to leave to new house (5 minutes away). Got to new house and waited 45 minutes for them to show up w/ no communica

Several pieces of furniture were knicked or not well cared for. A sofa table that was only 7 months old and had never been moved was falling apart. Had to go get new parts to rebuild it. We also had to take our very solid king size bed apart and rebuild. Wasn’t put together correctly. Knicks on corners of large dining room table. Very disappointed. Lack of attention to detail and care.
