The service was good! I was upset that a mattress cover was not added on to my service. No one wants there mattress on the ground or dragging the ground. I had to rush and find a sheet so that my mattress would not get dirty during the move. This is an obvious thing to add and to already have in the truck when you are moving a mattress.

At the end of the day, all my things were moved as requested. However, one of the movers came hurt and got hurt more which delayed everything. The 2 movers + when the dispatcher came argued numerous times. It took way longer than it should have because of this which meant I had to pay extra because it was an hourly rate. And one mover was in the truck for the first 45-60 minutes of the job.
