Office and moving personnel were great. Very polite and accommodating. I would definitely use again.

Most of the items handled very well, but I had the following three issues.
1> Team came 1 hour later than the proposed time slot.
2> TV handling was not professional.
3> Items were not picked as per the list, and they chose more packed boxes and later complained that we have more items than what is listed in the order.

The Team from the Stoughton Office were great! From scheduling to day of service, everything was smooth and efficient. The crew arrived on time in the window given the night before. We walked through the house to discuss what was being moved and they strategized to make things very efficient. Also, handled everything with care as expected.
