I was very pleased with the kindness, hard work, and persistence of my moving team. There were two items on my moving list that didn't get loaded onto the truck. They were on the inventory list, but I forgot about them when doing the walk through, from memory. I wish the team had pointed out what I missed. There is one deep gouge in my wall, at the delivery location I noticed after they left.
Response
Elizabeth, please call our office and so we can take care of the damaged wall. We take all feedback seriously and look forward to speaking with you.

It was obvious to see that Jared, Tyler and Jacob worked well together as a team. They also took instruction/suggestions well I was very happy with the results. Nice job!
Kathy
The guys on the moving crew with Zach were just so in incredibly thoughtful/careful with each item.
They worked smoothly and efficiently as a team. Further more they were very personable and enjoyable to work with to get me moved.
Other than taking longer than planned- I did appreciate the second truck so I could be out by my deadline. Many thanks to all staff!
