This team was great - efficient, careful, friendly and obviously concerned with keeping our furniture safe. I've used TMAAT several times before, and will use them next time, no hesitation. Thanks to them, I am out of the "moving myself business" for good!! Thank you! Bob

For some reason no one sent wardrobe boxes. I texted the number that reached out from the office asking about it and got no response.
Everything else went great

Left a big scratch in my armoire. I filled out a damage report but have gotten no follow up.
Response
We’re very sorry to hear about the damage to your armoire and the lack of follow-up. That’s not the experience we want for our customers. Please reach out to our office directly so we can make this right as quickly as possible. 260-471-6683.

The loading and unloading processes were both smooth and efficient. The crews knew what they were doing and quickly loaded my stuff onto the truck. During unloading, they made sure my items were placed where I wanted them. The crews were polite and respectful. Their hard work made my move less stressful.
Response
Hi Alex, thank you for sharing! We’re happy to hear our crews made your move smooth, efficient, and less stressful.

Pamela
Robert and Dan were very organized and efficient.
A complete review of the furniture and location to move was completed and then each person worked individually to complete tasks quickly. The larger tasks were completed in between together.
The attitude was very positive and a “get her done” work ethic was present.

I could not have asked for a better crew of workers. Ricardo was the team lead and did a phenomenal job. I felt like all of my possessions were treated with care and respect. Everyone worked very hard and had each other’s backs while being carful of walls and fixtures. We could not have made this move without help and we could not have asked for a more respectful, nice, hard working team! Thanks!
Jonathan
