A simple move of maybe 6 hours took 11 hours that I was charged for. One of the movers was smoking inside my house while my kids were a few feet away from where he was smoking. Another mover was taking personal calls, arguing with girlfriend! Lots of items were damaged and not taking accountability for it! Movers arguing amongst themselves while moving, and charging me for that time!

The two men were very courteous and stayed on task. Was shocked how much the could lift . Was also shocked that we got charged beginning at 8 am when the movers did not arrive until 930 am I realize that was from the office to our house however in the initial quote we were told they were within a mile of our house. At $215 an hour that’s a lot to pay for them to get to our house
