They gave a window of 12:00PM- 3:00PM, and an initial quote. They then changed the quote terms and never contacted me about it, I found it on the day of after no contact from them. The window was changed 12:30-3:30 and they never showed up. They will not give me my refund because apparently calling 3 Hours outside of the arrival window is normal business practice and not a service failure.

The moving team was great, very kind and professional. A metal piece to one of the furniture items was left at the previous place we moved from as the crew overlooked this when taking the furniture apart. I asked for 6 wardrobe boxes and the crew only brought 5. There was miscommunication between the crew and office team.
