Overall this was an excellent experience. The scheduling was easy and efficient and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating. The moving team was prompt and polite and professional. Two men and a truck were great from start to finish! The officer staff was very helpful in planning our move. The moving guys were wonderful. They were professional and loaded and unloaded our belongings in less time than was estimated. We enjoyed the friendliness of everyone we interacted with during the move. Marcus and Derek were amazing! They were transparent and professional during our move, and made a stressful experience seamless for us. There was a random man who walked in to our new place, I didn’t realize he was there until he saw my shirt and said “Go Birds!” and when I saw he was talking with Marcus, I figured he was an employee. But he was dressed casually and never introduced himself to me.

Excellent team. The crew that were assigned to my job were professional, efficient and the move was flawless from start to finish. No issues at all, and they were super-vigilant about packing and moving fragile items.

There was a mix up at the office we had junk removal then we had a furniture pick up . They came in one truck so the gentleman loaded the junk when there should have been a separate truck not there fault. They did outstanding job. Van and Geo!!
