The move team on the destination side were great. Friendly, warm, and personable. But on the origination side, we were told that our furniture would be unwrapped and assembled at the destination. We learned that they don't do that unless they disassembled it because they don't know how it goes together. So, all of our furniture was left wrapped and disassembled (other than the bed; the move team agreed to help us out with that on their own time). Things were left behind on the source side, so we had to call the office to get them to come back to collect them. Getting in touch with our contact in the office on the origin side was also a challenge at one point, requiring us to cold-call another person in the office so that they could get the other person to call us back. One or two large things have not been found and may be missing, but we're not yet sure because we've not yet been able to reach everything in the garage.

We moved on a Sunday. The truck was scheduled to arrive at 9 AM. It arrived at 8:50 AM. The two movers loaded all of the furniture and boxes in one trip. They had expertise & tools to disassemble furniture to enable getting it through the doors. All was reassembled correctly. Nothing was damaged in the move. The move was completed by 3:30 p.m. The fee was as quoted, making us very happy.

Terrible experience and will be letting everyone in know who is looking for moving help NOT to use this franchise. Broke two smart TVs, aside from being a horrible moving experience for my family and I. No resolution on the broken smart TVs, as they claimed
