The two men who picked up my belongings were great and easy to work with. They showed up on time. When they loaded my small number of items into the truck, I saw them secure the items into a place against one end so the items wouldn't shift around. My belongings looked safe to me. They haven't yet been dropped off at the drop-off point, but my experience has been good so far.

The guys were friendly and careful. We did have some issues with our beds being put back together correctly but they are sending a local team to look at it. The quote was very accurate for our move.

I already talked to office person about my issues. No communication from management. I called after you were late to find out you had a scheduling conflict and were going to be an hour late. Finally showed up. And one guy got injured in the first 5 minutes. He left after about 45 minutes. Left me 2 guys ( who were great). But ended up taking up my entire day. No call from a supervisor or manager
