The movers were awesome and they worked fast to get the job done safely and efficiently. However, it should have been explained to me that I would have been charged an additional $300 for five minutes over the time. It was stated that the time started at 8:45am which the movers did not arrive until 9:25am. I were not under the impression that the 3 hours time prior to arrival of my home RIPOFF

The team was kind, respectful, and very hardworking.
