I have been impressed with Two Men and a Truck since the very first time I spoke to the Ocala team member. James was quick to respond to my quote request and a great communicator. I called numerous times with questions and he was extremely helpful. Robert was helpful before the move when I needed to change the date and the movers themselves were professional and courteous. Team was great, very nice and low-key funny. No scrapes on walls or floors, and they were even able to get my VERY large bed down a very narrow stairway with no problem. I couldn’t believe it! With one exception, all the rest of the furniture came through well-padded with no damage. In that exception, they told me immediately, wrote it up, and have sent it for repair at their expense. Terrific!
