My desk was scratched in 3 places when mover tried to insert the drawer and I never heard from anyone regarding fixing it. Also, the fact that the company hands u a tablet to electronically sign with ZERO info on the page is a huge problem. They said AFTER I signed the info would populate. Who signs anything without seeing exactly what they are signing??!!

That two young men that helped us were very courteous and hard-working, but bumped a lot of our walls and dented several areas inside and out on our brand new construction home. At this point, we would never use two men in a truck again and we have used them in the past.

We are sorry to hear that, even though the men were courteous and hardworking, and we have an open claim to resolve the damage to your walls, you would never use our company again. Feel free to reach back out if that changes, as accidents do happen from time to time but we work very hard to rectify concerns in a timely, fair and reasonable manner.

The crew was very nice and efficient. My only complaint is that they broke a banister on the stairs and when I let them know to see what they could do about it they just put some tape on it and said it was fixed also, when unloading my furniture into my house, they broke a light fixture, and the response was we don’t fix things other than those things. My experience was good and I would recommend

We hired Two Men and a Truck to handle our move recently. They were polite, efficient, well organized and great to work with. The move went well.
Only issue, the truck was a bit too small and had to leave a few items behind. :-/ Not our mover’s fault… someone else at the service shop took their truck.
