Smooth from start to finish. I had questions after submitting my quote and got a quick, helpful answer over the phone. Clear communication and reminders. The 3 young men we had were excellent, they jumped right in and started working, they never took a break, until the truck was full, they took great care of all our furnishing and they took off…to head to the other house…

Carmine, his son, and Nick were very efficient at loading and unloading our belongings. They took great care in handling all items and placed them where we wanted in the new house. They were all extremely polite, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I am more than disappointed that I had to confront the movers when I discovered significant damage to my walls at both houses. They didn’t self identify the damages and there is no way that they didn’t know about it. Furthermore, I never heard from the office to discuss the damages, just a third party contractor hired to do repairs. Unsatisfactory and I was owed a phone call. Never again.

Thanks to Two Men and Truck, in particular Skylar and his team, we had a fantastic experience with our move from Pittsburgh to Washington DC. All the communication with the office was very straightforward and prompt. And the moving team did excellent work - they worked efficiently, carefully, and were all around fantastic.
