This was the first time I have used a moving company. I chose the right one because everyone was so efficient, professional, patient, and thorough. My movers, Weston and Dominic, were the best. They understood what I needed to have them do. Weston guided me through all of the paperwork steps. They both did a lot of lifting with no complaints! I am so appreciative. Kudos to all involved!

We recently hired two men and a truck to move our large, heavy furniture. There was a delay in the movers arriving as this was the last call of the day. We were informed to expect the late arrival and I appreciated the notice and understood traffic challenges as well as people adding in boxes not listed. When the team arrived they were not frazzled or tired. The two guys got right to the move

I have a desk that needed to be moved, I expressed that this desk in my livelihood & was concerned about it being damaged. Needless to say, the crew damaged the desk to no repair & did not inform me that they damaged the desk. They left as if nothing was wrong, I never received a call from management asking if everything was ok, instead I received a text. The lack of customer service is disturbing
Response
