Their customer service was exceptional from the first initial phone call just to get a quote. They answered all of our questions, and made us feel at ease since we were new to the process. Our moving team was Vince, Jorge, and Omar and they were extremely professional. They worked incredibly hard in 100 degree heat and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Would definitely recommend!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The guys who loaded my things were personable and easy going.
But after the move I found several chests( for lack of a better word) that had been upended or completely turned over.-if you need to do this--then remove contents FIRST!!!!
Also, -invest in some sweat/microfiber towels for your movers, because I don't want a movers sweat on my cushions, etc..

The movers were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. What should have been a 4-hour move ended up taking over 10 hours, even with the help of four men. I also paid much more than I was originally quoted. Nothing additional was added to the move beyond the original inventory, so I was very disappointed with how long it took and the unexpected cost.

The inventory ultimately moved was much larger than what was originally discussed during scheduling, and we were not provided full details in advance despite attempts by our office team to confirm the scope of the move. As with any hourly service, additional items and time required will affect the final cost.
